Role Definition
Manages the development, implementation and support of business analytics initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities

  • Execute the Gen AI Strategy aligning with business requirements and following the governance framework
  • Lead the team of data scientists and data engineers responsible for fine tuning LLM models, building AI agents, and deploying GenAI solutions to production
  • Build high performing teams constituting Data scientists and prompt engineers
  • Identifying, sizing and prioritizing business opportunities for improvement through analytics.
  • Assessing the scope and resources required of various analytics projects and working with manager to define necessary resources.
  • Managing client relations to ensure that project expectations are managed and fulfilled.
  • Monitoring and communicating key performance metrics and operational challenges.


Qualifications:

  • MS in Computer Science or Data Science or AI or equivalent
  • 10 years of experience in Data Science/ AI ML, with 1-2 years of experience leading Gen AI projects
  • Experience in LLMs, NLP, transformers, GANs and Multimodal AI
  • Proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow, Pytorch
  • Experience in Llama Index, Lang Chain
  • Experience building and deploying applications on AWS
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
  • Experience in Azure is a plus
  • Experience in ML Flow and Airflow
