We are looking for passionate consultants with agile transformation expertise to join our team in Copenhagen. We seek consultants who have successfully helped organisations adopt and execute agile practices at speed. In collaboration with your colleagues from across PA, you will not only be part of delivering some of our most exciting projects across our portfolio – you will also get a chance to do hands-on work designing and implementing new ways of working alongside our clients.

Qualifications

You must have: 

• Between 4 and 10 years of recent management consulting experience, or experience in similar internal consulting roles
• A proven track record of implementing organisational agility.
• A desire to develop PA’s internal Agile capability and grow the people around you, alongside delivering high-quality work with our clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent writing skills as well as presentation skills.

We are looking for a variety of profiles, and we are especially interested if you have:

• Experience leading multiple agile teams and/or coaching teams to adopt agile ways of working.
• An understanding of scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale and its application to programmes and portfolios.
• Experience in product management, for example as product owner responsible for managing a product end-to-end and/or experience with supporting an organisation move from a project to a product-focused approach, introducing design thinking practices into teams etc. 
• Experience in operating model design, e.g. mapping value streams and designing agile teams and/or teams of teams.
• An understanding of lean portfolio management, incl. hands-on experience implementing different portfolio management practices like prioritisation, capacity management, OKRs etc. 
• Experience deploying business change techniques resulting in sustainable changes to behaviours and mindsets across organisational levels.
