Highland Management Group is looking for new junior Management Associates to join our team!

As a Management Associate with Highland Management Group, you will learn account management and customer relations from the best in the industry in a supportive and nurturing environment. After the proper training, you will be able to manage and develop a small team of 3-8 people that answer to and seek support from you regarding accounts, customer conflicts, and client dynamics. You will also benefit from the privileged access to experienced senior management members, including our CEO, to ensure growth in your ongoing career.
Responsibilities of a Management Associate:
- Manage existing local accounts as well as the acquisition of new accounts by maintaining communications with customers and client liaisons
- Act in accordance with senior management in communications with clientele to achieve desired KPIs, sales performance metrics, and customer satisfaction targets
- Abide by all compliance policies and procedures set forth by the client and company, demonstrating integrity and ensuring all customer transactions are up to standard
- Ability to successfully teach, train, and coach junior Management Associates in the above responsibilities, demonstrating strong leadership skills and fulfilling customer needs
Qualifications of a Management Associate:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1+ years experience in management/supervisory capacities, preferred
- Ability to motivate & lead others and collaborate with teams effectively
- Demonstrate adaptability by learning quickly and pivoting into other roles when needed
- Proactive individuals who are able to take initiative when called on and are eager to learn
