About the role:

Your key duties and responsibilities:

• Support of the management and other departments of Convatec in administrative and organizational matters for the Czech and Slovak Republics and the CEE region.

• Ensuring the management's travel agenda (air tickets, accommodation, reservations, taxis).

• Organizational security of meetings and sales conferences.

• Organization of office operations – reception management, orders (SAP), contact with suppliers and invoicing control.

• Agenda of contracts with customers and partners – preparation, approval.

• Continuous creation and archiving of documents.

• Management and registration of vehicles.

• Mobile phone management.

• Internal approval of seminars and conferences.

• Assistance to the marketing department.

Main requirements:

• Active knowledge of English.

• High school education, university education an advantage.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).

• Good Communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Helpful approach

• Reliability

• Willingness to learn new things

• Resistance to stress.

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
