Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Management Analyst opportunity available based in Charleston, SC. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD TS/SCI security clearance. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES 

  • Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government. 

  • Define the nature and extent of problems. 

  • Analyze relevant data, including: Annual revenues, Employment, Cost performance, Schedule or expenditures 

  • Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. 

  • Develop solutions to identified problems. 

  • Understand the organization's structure, its relationships within the Government, and its internal culture. 

  • Prepare and solve mathematical models to support analysis. 

  • Report findings and recommendations to the Government. 

  • Prepare written reports and conduct oral presentations on findings. 

  • In some cases, assist with the implementation of suggested improvements. 

Required QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance. 

  • Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position. 

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field. 

  • 5-10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis. 

  • Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government. 

  • Analyze relevant data, including: Annual revenues, Employment, Expenditures 

  • Operational Evaluation & Solution Development: 

  • Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. 

  • Develop solutions to identified problems. 

  • Understand the organization's structure, its relationships within the Government, and its internal culture. 

  • Prepare and solve mathematical models to support analysis. 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS 

  • In rare/some occasions, overnight travel may be required.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS 

  • Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. If this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above), Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location. 

Office setting: 

  • Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday. 

  • Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc. 

  • May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.

BACKGROUND CHECKS 

Please note that any offer of employment is contingent upon a background investigation. In connection with working on certain federal contracts, a drug screen may also be required.
