Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Professional Services and Managed Services, the Managed Services Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing complex solutions designed by the Solutions Consultant in the CaterTrax Platform. This position is also responsible for providing Level 2 technical support.
This is a hybrid position located in Rochester, NY.
Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to automate deployments, such as PCP projects
- Ability to create new online ordering experience themes, including template creation and process documentation
- Ability to perform menu updates, menu copies, and menu moves as needed to assist with LTO and other menu related projects
- Performs site Managed Services including website skin conversions and updates, changes to website images utilizing HTML, CSS and graphic design experience and publishing proprietary information to client sites.
- Perform site URL updates, decommissioning and archiving designated sites as required.
- Configures the ePayment Gateway solutions on all CaterTrax sites.
- Creates and updates site custom reports and SQL statements using the proprietary report building tool.
- Completes Help Desk tickets received through the ticketing queue for those tickets elevated to Level 2 technical support.
- Provides mentorship to Level 1 support team members regarding troubleshooting techniques and best practices.
- Assigns help desk support tickets associated with software bugs to Level 3 support.
- May be required to temporarily be available on call for after hours, weekends and/or holidays for critical system issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of SQL statements preferred
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of related worked experience
- Knowledge of CaterTrax products and services preferred
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
COMPENSATION:
$24 hourly based on experience.
