As a Trade Support Associate, you will serve as a key liaison between third-party portfolio managers, Financial Advisors, Business, Operations, and Technology, providing essential front-line support for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting third party portfolio managers in the day-to-day aspects of the trade lifecycle.
- Resolving phone and e-mail inquiries regarding trading, data quality issues, application usage, and other miscellaneous items.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to resolve system defects.
- Gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for process enhancements.
- Serve as a 1st point of contact for internal and external partners.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating business risks.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
- Support ongoing procedure and process analysis to account for changes to the flow.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the wealth management/asset management industry or in a support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to learn proprietary software
- Highly disciplined self-starter with ability to execute on assignments independently
- Team player who demonstrates strong work ethic and consistently exhibits a high level of professionalism
- Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, fast-paced, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required
