The role is expected to perform the following:

Design, build, operate and maintain scalable, reliable and observable ML Operations pipelines for deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Machine Learning Researchers, Data Scientists and other technical roles to implement CI/CD pipelines.

Build and deploy model monitoring and alerting systems for model performance, data quality and pipeline uptime.

Optimize model pipelines by utilizing cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

Diagnose and debug issues related to model deployment, performance, data pipeline and infrastructure.

Document model development to operations processes and procedures.

Unlearn, learn, and relearn ML Operations processes, infuse ML Operations best practices and new technologies.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing ML Operations Infrastructure and practices.
