Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager for our OES customers to lead our projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and build strong customer relationships while meeting profitability targets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for driving cross-functional teams to success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer expectations and profitability targets are met.
- Own program success by defining and monitoring KPIs (service level, budget, profitability).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary contact for program-related topics.
- Identify and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage program changes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing project, program, or sales role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluent in both English and *Japanese, spoken, read and written. *Minimum N2 certificate is required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; technical affinity is a plus.
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Open to international collaboration and travel (1-2 times a year).
