M365 Specialist (80%-100%)

What would your role be?

• Design, engineer and implement M365 functionalities to further develop our communication and collaboration platform
• Planning, implementing and leading new technical and/or organizational projects to ensure that M365 is a success and drives collaboration within the company
• Developing the security of mobile devices and applications, swiftly addressing any vulnerabilities, setting up policies, and configuring systems to ensure our mobile workplace devices are secure and efficiently managed using M365 Intune
• Collaborating with various IT teams across the organization to ensure that our mobile device strategies align with business needs, driving innovation and operational excellence

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in managing M365 products and services, including M365 Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Azure graph
• Proficiency in PowerShell and scripting to automate tasks and manage systems efficiently
• A strong foundation in mobile device and application management principles
• Problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with IT teams and end-users, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation
• Fluency in both English (mandatory) and German (highly desirable)
• This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
