Responsibilities
- A strong interest in hands-on product assembly, with the ability to think from the user's perspective, identify potential issues, and offer effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to simplify complex installation steps into easy-to-understand language, tailored to product features and consistent with the UI style.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the packaging team, engineering, and ID team.
Requirement
- Strong attention to detail
- Expertise in layout, illustration design, and visual presentation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop)
- At least 4 years of experience in product design, user manual design, or related fields
- Fluent in Written and Spoken English
