Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and distribution in the fast-moving consumer goods sector
- Experience in managing chain customers, key accounts
- High energy level with strong persuasion skills
- Analytical and problem solver
- Driving license
Roles and Responsiblities
- Regularly visit hotels, event venues, and retail points within your area of responsibility according to the planned route system; take orders to achieve company sales targets, availability goals, and mix objectives; improve relationships between the company and retailers.
- Plan and conduct regular meetings with F&B managers and purchasing teams.
- Plan and conduct regular meetings with central purchasing departments of customers and regular outlet visits.
- Organize joint marketing meetings with from both customers' and our company.
- Ensure that ordered products are delivered properly and regularly; manage the collection process for locations causing payment delays to ensure timely collections.
- Explain and implement campaigns directed at sales points periodically according to internal company plans and targets through team members within your area of responsibility.
- Work quality-focused within the framework of company vision to make the firm the most preferred in its category.
- Immediately report customer complaints to management and follow up on their resolution.
- Always comply with legal obligations including competition law rules as well as company policies; immediately report any observed misconduct by employees or in the market.
