What you will do:

Use approved criteria for admission and continued stay reviews to ensure appropriate setting and timely implementation of plan of care.

Monitors patient's progress across the continuum and intervenes as necessary to ensure quality services that are efficient and cost effective.

Collaborates with admitting physician regarding appropriate level of care.

Consults with Physician Advisor and administrative leadership as necessary to resolve barriers regarding progression of care.

Responds to requested insurance reviews based on contractual obligations.

Actively manages concurrent denials.

What you will need:

Required: Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education

Preferred: Master's Degree

Specify Degree(s): Nursing

Must be knowledgeable of Medicare, Medicaid and 3rd
party payers relative to patient care requirements.
Salary Range: $35.89 - $62.91 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
