WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Loyalty Club Representative, you will engage new and returning guests by piquing curiosity and inviting them into a new and exciting casino environment. Your unique ability to work with other professionals will allow our guests to experience an unmatched rewards program and gaming experience.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Enroll new guests as members into the loyalty program.

Maintain an advanced working knowledge of the loyalty program in order to effectively explain and promote the program through guest interaction.

Provide a smooth and efficient experience for the guest.

Maintain a working knowledge of casino facilities as well as current and upcoming special events in order to assist the guest.

Resolve minor guest conflicts which relate to the loyalty program/promotions/marketing.

Provide exceptional guest service.

Issue comps and marketing offers/promotions for guests.

Handle guest and employee interactions via email, telephone, and in person.

Inspect and restock supplies, printed materials, and other collateral.

Complete all required learning modules and classes.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
-
At least one year of Casino or Hospitality industry experience.
-
Ability to work with other employees, guests, and management to establish and maintain effecting working relationships.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.

IGT experience preferred.

Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Ability to learn and comprehend the use of all business applications and software.

High School Diploma or GED equivalency

Must be at least 21 years old.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
-
Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-
Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
-
Must regularly lift and/move up to 20 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
WORKING CONDITIONS
-
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust, and smoke.
PAY RANGE
-
The pay range for this position is $18.50/hourly.
