JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for providing complex administrative and analytical support to the Loss Mitigation Department in analyzing and servicing performing and non-performing loan portfolios while ensuring quality and service to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzes financial information, credit reports, collateral and loan information for consultation, reporting, and system maintenance.

Compiles and analyzes account data in preparation of tracking and trend reports for loan officers and senior management.

Responds to the officer’s requests for various documents, ensuring the acquisition, transfer, and storage of applicable files.

Maintains account portfolio ensuring timely and necessary account maintenance and updates.

Assists loan officers in gathering related loan information and preparing various forms and submissions.

Reviews and audits loan documentation; schedules and attends loan closings.

Works closely with internal/external legal counsel and auditors, providing needed information and research.

Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

5+ years’ experience in lending administration

Thorough knowledge and understanding lending practices and policies, loan documentation requirements, and regulations

Thorough knowledge of deposit and loan systems, report generation, and information gathering
-
Excellent customer relation skills focused on delivery superior service quality

Excellent PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing application and proprietary applications

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 10 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
