Position Summary:
Act as the Supply Chain Lead on all things related to the Transportation Management System (TMS), Identify, implement and support an end to end AUSA TMS solution enabling best in class transportation processes across TMS, yard management, outbound, inbound, appointment scheduling.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Partner with IM and Supply Chain business partners to identify an end- to-end AUSA TMS solution enabling best in class transportation processes
    • Partner with IM and Supply Chain business partners to identify an end- to-end AUSA TMS solution enabling best in class transportation processes across TMS, yard management, outbound, inbound, appointment scheduling. Lead the implementation of the process and system changes determined by the IM road map solutions
  • Leadership: Lead the implementation of upgrades and continuous improvement in the performance of existing systems and processes
    • Lead the implementation of upgrades and continuous improvement in the performance of existing systems and processes, including acting as the on-call resource for any transportation systems issues and partner to the Continuous Improvement team for process changes
  • Research and Evaluation: Locate, research, and evaluate system suppliers and applications to support business needs of the Transportation Department
    • Locate, research, and evaluate system suppliers and applications to support the Transportation business needs including due diligence, negotiation of pricing and securing of executive approvals, developing project plans, leading system and user acceptance testing, user training, implementation and go-live support.

  • Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 5-7 years experience
