We are looking for Customer Support Specialist to stand as a front line of communication with customers and clients for both pre-purchase and post-purchase phase of contact with our company and product.
Customer agent’s role is to provide helpful information to the customers, answer their questions, respond to their complaints and inquiries.
👉 What will your duties be?

Simple support tickets according to the professional specification of the agent (technical or logistics)

Ensuring customer satisfaction and improving customer relationship and satisfaction

Handling support tickets and answering tickets about the products and services
-
Troubleshooting basic user issues
-
Navigating users through the setup and product processes, providing them with relevant sources of information (manual section, how-to video, blog articles, etc.)
-
E-shop order inquiries - order detail updates upon customers request / after consulting with the customer, warranty claims, refunds and returns of the goods
-
Communicates clearly and effectively with other members of support teams regarding relevant topics arising from the communication with the customer as such
-
On-watch duty once per month
