Department

You will be part of the Air Pollution Control team, who ensures delivery of your product is completed on schedule, saves money by actively working to improve delivery times, and reduces the risks associated with delays in the supply chain and dedicated to implementing sustainable solutions for our customers. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in an international environment involving different cultures and different challenges.

Role

Coordinates between customer, customs, various certification organizations and in Logistics for delivery of the equipment to the agreed point of delivery. Handles various tasks in connection with creating knowledge concerning delivery requirements of equipment to the project country according to country legislation
 

Your responsibilities

    • Manages both Freight & Export in a small to medium sized project
    • Coordinates deliveries with the customer and customs agents
    • Keeps contact with internal technical departments and suppliers to ensure delivery of required technical documentation for import and operation of the equipment
    • Obtains necessary information on import documentation and arrange the necessary import certificates as and when required according to country legislation
    • Builds up and keeps contact with necessary customs and certification agents
    • Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
     

    What you bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in from a reputed university, preferably from the engineering domain.

    • At least 5 years’ experience in Global and domestic Project logistic platform.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be organized and possess the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Good communication and presentation skills
