Join us as a Logistics Representative working out of our Bristol, Pennsylvania site. This role is on-site, Monday through Friday.

What you'll be doing:
- Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines.
- Support coordination scheduling with departments within Manufacturing and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed.
- Logistics Administration:
- Support coordination of shipments and production orders on a daily basis for all lines of business.
- Perform data entry according to established guidelines and support coordination of shipments and production orders on a daily basis.
- Import/Export:
- Support coordination of Proforma Invoices and Return orders on a daily basis for all lines of business.
- Perform data entry according to established guidelines and support coordination of Proforma Invoices and Returns
- Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking information and escalate in case of emergency.
- Check compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates and all needed documents.
- Business related communication with internal departments and external forwarders.
- Support organizing and processing of global in- / outbound shipments.
- Maintain performance indicators.
- Supports reasonable operation tasks within Logistics.
- Reporting:
- On request, the employee shall report about the status of the Order Entry and deviations from a stated timeline or quality and advise their Manager of corrective measures to be taken.
- The employee will immediately report all potential risks, operational failures, time constraint problems and extraordinary events that will negatively impact the administrational output to their Manager.
- Individual Tasks:
- They are obligated by instructions given by their Manager to work on individual tasks, which are familiar in their essence to their activities.

What we look for:
Education:
- Minimum high school diploma or college qualification (or equivalent apprenticeship/professional work training program)
Experience:
- Preferred minimum 6 months logistics, supply chain or industrial administrational environment experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed.
- Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ERP experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work as a part of a team as well as an individual contributor.
- Good degree of reliability, flexibility and independence
- English is mandatory and language skills of local country may be necessary.
- Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external and internal clients.
- Professional approach with high attention to details and deadlines.
