We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse and distribution center. This role will focus on optimizing operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and leading a dedicated team to meet our company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform initial warehouse consolidation of equipment and manages all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software such as Fishbowl and Logiwa.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
• Oversee the quality of goods received and shipped, ensuring that all products meet company standards before reaching the customer.
• Work closely with external partners, including delivery services and suppliers, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
• Moves inventory to and from warehouse and coordinates inventory transfers with related locations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized warehouse
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
Experience:
• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control practices
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools
• Knowledge of transportation management principles
• Warehouse management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Team management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Stock administration: 3 years (Preferred)
• Inventory management: 3 years (Preferred)
• US military MOS 92Y or similar is a plus.
