We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and manage key supply chain processes, including inbound shipments, inventory, and special projects. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and scalability of our operations through data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PL partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Create Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) for incoming shipments using the warehouse management system (WMS).Manage SKUs within the WMS, including creating and maintaining product data ahead of launches.
- Monitor inbound shipments to ensure accuracy and manage the reconciliation of discrepancies in received inventory.
- Oversee 3PL performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and generate weekly performance summary reports.
- Manage and execute projects at 3PLs, such as kitting projects and B2B pack-out shipments.
- Analyze data related to shipments, orders, and inventory to identify operational efficiencies and inform decision-making.
- Help document and improve supply chain processesSupport key initiatives focused on continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and willingness to learn warehouse management softwares Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a drive to deliver results.
- Full Professional Proficient English written and verbal skills required
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
