The Opportunity:
The CIS program supports our intelligence customer deliver IT services to conduct its globally distributed operations. We are driving an exciting technological transformation of their IT services by leading the design, development, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge solutions. This includes continuous service improvement through the modernization of IT system infrastructure.
CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Logistics Analyst to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract.
Responsibilities:

Prepares required Government forms, manifests, bills of lading, and package contents for shipping, receiving, transferring equipment within sites or from/to other entities

Coordinates and processes all equipment that is required to be excessed and/or disposed of according to all-established regulations
-
Assists in performing partial or full inventories and participates in audits and reconciliations

Assists in the preparation of reports of discrepancies and lists of the full inventory

Receives shipments, scans all assets into the asset management tool store in appropriate designated locations.

Follows up with end users out in the field to ensure all government required documentation is signed and all IT Assets are accounted for.

Assists in the imaging process of brand-new laptops that are to be deployed to end users out in the field

Assists with the tagging of all IT Assets

Advises or orders new or replacement devices

Responsible for and assists with packaging and shipping IT assets to CONUS and OCONUS locations

Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external parties such as type of assets received, shipping, transferred or excessed/disposed while providing upcoming procurement reports

May perform other similar or related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
-
Must hold a current Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data and draw meaningful insights
-
Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
-
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and policy implementation
-
Problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend effective solutions
-
BA/BS degree + 4 years OR High School with 4 years + 4 years Asset/Logistics Management expertise

Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
-
Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$47,100-$96,500
