As a Local Market Sales Assistant in our Vietnam team, you will support trade execution and client orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will assist senior sales professionals in creating client presentations and marketing materials. Your role is vital in supporting to maintain client relationships and servicing client requests.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Support trade execution and client orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in creating client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and support client relationships by providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, markets and industry trends to support sales and client servicing.
  • Update client databases with relevant information and transaction details.
  • Prepare reports on market activity, client interactions, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including operations, banking, payments, and trading.
  • Participate in team meetings.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in banking, finance, economics, or global markets.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation with an interest in banking and finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong team player.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in a sales support role within the bank or financial industry.
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan's financial products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
