Role Description: 

Learning & Development part:

  • Administration of LMS:
    • Oversee all aspects of the LMS’s daily operation, such as system configuration, user and content management, and technical upkeep.
    • Make sure the LMS has the newest features and functionalities and is easy to use.
    • Work together with LMS administrators to improve user experience and system performance.
    • Troubleshoots system errors, issues and problems immediately when known.
    • Dedicated point of contact and partnering with the vendor.
  • Management of Content:
    • Organize and oversee the creation of learning materials, including courses, their updates, and quality assurance.
  • Observance and Safety:
    • Verify that the LMS complies with organizational security guidelines and data privacy and IT systems etc.
    • Put security measures in place to safeguard user information and sensitive data.
  • Vendor Administration:
    • Oversee the contract negotiations, system updates, and problem-solving procedures with LMS vendors.
  • Education and Training:
    • To improve LMS proficiency, give teachers, administrators, and other users chances for training and growth.
  • Planning Strategically:
    • Create and implement an LMS strategy plan that is in line with the organization’s training and educational objectives.
    • Set goals, monitor results, and make changes as necessary to make sure the LMS satisfies organizational requirements.


Talent & Engagement part:

  • Global and Regional Surveys :
    • Service as admin contact for geos when Regional Pulse, Global Pulse and Global Engagement surveys are conducted (typically over a 6–9-month timeline for each survey approach, from initiation to results action planning)
    • Liaise with geos to collate regional and global survey requirements  
    • Monitor and co-ordinate survey responses and data updates with geos
    • Prepare reports and presentations based on survey findings
    • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to develop action plans based on survey results and follow-ups to support implementations
  • Engagement Experiences:

    • Co-ordinate employee engagement events
    • Global onboarding monthly survey analysis and reporting
    • Co-ordinate all T&E quarterly and annual reports 


Skills and Expertise: 

  • Degree/certification/experience in an appropriate discipline, such as information technology, instructional design, or educational technology. 
  • A track record of success in LMS management and administration, including familiarity with well-known LMS systems.
  • Strong technical abilities, including competence with LMS configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • A data-driven, analytical attitude is necessary for making wise decisions.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and best practices for e-learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of security and privacy laws.
  • Capacity to adjust to changing educational and technological trends.
