SHORT SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
This role entails a dynamic combination of promotional expertise and project management proficiency, specifically tailored to address the unique market requirements of France. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional service that aligns seamlessly with both tms and McDonald's overarching strategic framework.
Your responsibilities encompass the end-to-end project management and execution of local packaging initiatives. This includes overseeing every stage of the planning and production process, from concept development, feasibility assessment, scenario building, all the way through to final execution, implementation, launch, and post-analysis. Effective coordination with relevant internal departments is essential throughout this process.
You will work collaboratively with our global LMA Team & Account Managers to deliver best value and identify and deliver new services to the customer.
As LMA Account Manager you coordinate the activities along the entire supply chain while continuously communicating the tms value proposition and internalizing "the power of and" mindset.
This role is a Guyancourt based position. You would join a small and dynamic local team here in Paris area, but have the power of a large, globally operating company to support you.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO tms
In this role, you will bring your expertise in customer-facing project management and packaging industry knowledge to oversee and execute local packaging initiatives in France.
Your strong project management skills will enable you to facilitate the entire process from concept development to final execution and post-analysis.
Comfortable in a complex landscape, you will enjoy the challenge and variety that each day brings. You will excel at representing customer needs internally, proactively anticipating and responding to their requirements and effectively resolving issues. As an excellent communicator, you will diplomatically handle matters and provide leadership and direction to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Your customer-focused mindset, strong communication and negotiation skills, stakeholder management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail are highly valued.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 3-5 years of proven business experience in an account management role or a category management role with client interface - ideally within the packaging industry
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in business or engineering
  • A customer focused, service oriented mindset
  • Strong project management skills
  • The ability to act operationally and think strategically
  • Used to delivering in multi-cultural, multi-functional teams
  • Eye for detail and a problem solving attitude
  • Ability to manage the needs of various stakeholders throughout a project
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet targets whilst under time pressure
  • Good knowledge of print and packaging production
  • Good knowledge of budget and financial controlling
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Fluency in verbal, written and spoken English & French is a must
