You will be responsible for:
- Enhancing Core Applications: Develop and optimize applications using primarily Python and C, ensuring robust performance and efficiency.
- System Configuration & Optimization: Configure and fine-tune Linux systems for enhanced stability and performance, particularly in a high-security, high-availability environment.
- API Development: Design and implement APIs to support customizable applications, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Supporting New Hardware Integration: Implement configurations for new hardware platforms as required, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work with support and engineering teams, translating user requirements into clear engineering tasks within an Agile framework.
- Experience: 5+ years in Python and C development within a Linux environment.
- Linux Expertise: Strong proficiency in Linux systems and network configuration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills to thrive in an Agile environment, contributing to shared goals.
