LINE LEADER

As a Line Supervisor, you will be in charge of the production program, leading the work group under your responsibility, according to the productivity and quality policies established by our company and the customers. You will be located at San Luis Potosí plant, and report directly to our Plant manager.

Key Responsibilities

• You will fulfill the production schedule

• You will be in charge of fulfilling the KPI´s (PE - production efficiency, PI - productivity rates)

• You will maintain or increase productivity (optimizing resources to the maximum) - adapt to understaffing or overstaffing

• You will manage the line

• You will promote a good and productive work environment

• You will be in charge of leading the unionized staff.

Qualifications

• Required education: Technical or Engineering degree (industrial preferably).

• Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in related positions (and in related industries, either metal-mechanical or automotive).

• Experience leading teams (more than 10 people in charge).

• Knowledge in: 5s, Lean Manufacturing, IATF 16949
