As Line Leader you will follow up and comply with the production program. You will be located at our Saltillo plant.
You will report directly to our Production Coordinator.

Main Responsibilities

You will implement the production program.

Validation of production line parameters.

You will create the closing report of incidences of personnel in charge.

You will manage the positions in the organization chart in your charge.

You will assign the position in line of your collaborators for each shift.

You will train new personnel.
Qualifications (4-6 maximum bullet points in this section)

Bachelor's degree or engineering related to processes with at least 1 year of experience in similar positions.

Experience in automotive production systems

Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
