  • Facilitate consensus and alignment on product lifecycle decisions, balancing business priorities and customer requirements across multiple teams
  • Actively contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings, providing insights into product lifecycle data, demand forecasts, and inventory needs to inform business decisions
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-through (POS) data, market trends, and product performance to drive demand planning decisions
  • Drive product allocation decisions to ensure the right products are available across multiple channels
  • Provide input into underperforming products and recommendations on any SKU rationalization opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the product lifecycle

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years in demand planning, product lifecycle management, or related roles
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of consumer products is highly preferred
  • Strong background in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is a significant advantage
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and foster collaboration across diverse teams and functions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from innovation through sunsetting, including managing inventory, SKUs, and allocations
  • Omnichannel experience (e.g., retail, e-commerce, B2B, etc.) is a plus
