Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development & Strategy

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement product strategies, including market positioning, product lifecycle management, and pricing strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Commercial Excellence, Operations) to drive product innovation and ensure successful market entry.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform product development and positioning.

2. Product Launch & Marketing

  • Coordinate product launches, including the creation of marketing materials, sales tools, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

3. Customer & Market Insights

  • Gather customer feedback and analyze market data to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Conduct market research, surveys, and focus groups to inform product enhancements and new product ideas.
  • Utilize customer insights to continuously improve product offerings and user experience.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as the product expert and point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments on product goals and messaging.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper product training and support, driving product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and efficient distribution.

5. Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring timely updates, improvements, and discontinuation of products as necessary.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve and optimize product offerings.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and guide product development teams through product updates.

6. Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of products, adjusting strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

 Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of product management experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or consumer goods industry.

 Skills:

  • Strong product management experience with a proven ability to manage the product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
  • Proficiency in product management and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
