Get to Know the Role

Within Grab's Lending team, the communication associate oversees the end-to-end process for lending products related communication to our drivers. We are looking for someone to join us as Lending Communication Associate. If you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you.

You will report to the Manager, Lending Operations and working onsite in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

  • Create, strategize, plan and accomplish the digital communications includes marketing content, strategy and campaigns with collaboration with multiple departments
  • Collaborate with multiple partners to create ideas to increase awareness in Lending products
  • Work with multiple partners (ie. Legal, Business development, Marketing team, etc) to review the communication content and ensuring all necessary approvals are in place before building the communication
  • Measure, analyse and report important metrics and insight to the relevant partners on the effectiveness of the communications / content / strategies, and campaign performance
  • Identify the challenges and create communication strategy and action plan
  • Mentor role to contractor staff to ensure smooth operations execution and the quality of deliverables
  • Monitor the marketing budget and communication schedule
  • Work with Lending operations to oversee the development of new product enhancement for marketing and communication
  • Identify gaps in existing content and recommend new ideas and topics to target all stages of the sales funnel

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing communications/any communication space and copywriting/content writing experience
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, and HTML
  • Advance knowledge in Excel (can perform complex functions)
  • Creative mindset and be able to design impactful infographic content
  • Flexibility to respond swiftly to content needs or changes
  • Experience with sales funnel, customer journey and experience.
