Internship Lending Advisory & Services in Corporate Bank 
Location: Luxembourg
Duration: 3-6 months, starting on the 1st or 15th of a month

About Lending Advisory & Services – CB Lending: 

The Lending Advisory & Services (LAS) Team in Luxembourg is an administrative hub for syndicated and bilateral loans in EMEA (including acquisition and leverage financing and financing of operating resources). The focus lies in the qualified support and management of those loans offered by the Deutsche Bank Group throughout Europe. The LAS Team collaborates closely with the respective business units and is involved as early as generation of the financing offers (term sheet) and throughout the lifetime of the transactions.

About the Job

In this responsible position you will support the Lending Advisory & Services Team in their daily operations reaching from day-to-day syndicated loan related topics and support the management team on important projects.

Responsibilities

• Control, recording and verification of the documents submitted by the clients/lenders within the framework of the credit agreement (reporting)
• Cooperation in the review of contractual documentation
• Support of Management with project work
• Support of colleagues with daily work
• Preparation and coordination of the signing process of transactions

Requirements

• Student in the field of economics / business management or law
• Flexibility, personal initiative, structured working
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good MS-Office skills (the tasks require extensive work with Excel, as well as various internal IT applications)
• Very good English and German language skills, further language skills are an advantage

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
