POSITION SUMMARY:
Indivior is seeking a 3rd year student studying law (or having completed legal studies) in order to join team of two looking after legal matters for various countries across EU, Canada, Australia and various other geographies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The role encompasses several key responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Providing support to countries on legal contracting (including use of contract management system, advising on contract content and supporting the business in negotiation).
- Obtaining detailed understanding of contract management system, and training others on effective use and processing.
- Building relations with key stakeholders so as to enable effective support.
- Conducting legal review of documents from various departments and external companies and providing appropriate advice.
- Analyse and assess potential legal implications and risks associated with different processes, documents and arrangements.
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss legal aspects of business processes.
- Assist in drafting official correspondence, including letters, emails, contracts and legal documents within the company and for external parties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- A levels
Experience:
Prior business or legal experience helpful.
Role would suite anyone having completed legal studies and keen to gain experience ahead of a law school.
Travel: Travel within the UK (Slough) and Europe may be required.

- European languages preferred but not essential (French, German or Italian)
