As Legal Counsel, you will use your legal expertise to manage legal risks, ensure compliance across the company, and support strategic decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will clarify complex legal issues and help protect our business growth. With a broad international focus, this role offers you the opportunity to make important legal decisions and contribute significantly to the secure and successful development of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, with a focus on service and work agreements.
• Provide legal support and guidance across all areas of the business.
• Develop and refine strategies for managing legally relevant topics and risks.
• Draft comprehensive legal opinions and reports.
• Conduct research and analysis on legal matters impacting the business.
• Advise management on business decisions with potential legal implications.
• Manage the internal legal team and oversee daily legal operations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with external law firms when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver training to employees on key legal and compliance topics.

Qualifications

• +8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven expertise in employment law, service contracts, work contracts and SOW
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive legal matters with efficiency.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication abilities in both languages.
