We have an exciting opportunity to join our Legal team in Perth and are currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join the team. 

As a Legal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to our Legal Team, ensuring efficient operations and aiding in the management of legal matters.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Provide quality and timely administrative support to the legal team, including filing, photocopying, and conducting searches.
• Assist with diary management, coordinating internal and external meetings, and monitoring team emails.
• Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, and reconcile travel expenses.
• Support the Legal Team in opening and closing matters, organising documents, and ensuring all matter-related emails are saved in the Document Management System (DMS).

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous administrative experience within a legal or professional services firm.
• Experience using document management software.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
