Job Opening Insurance & Pensions: Legal Advisor

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Legal team, as legal advisor. In this role you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to company’s projects, initiatives and daily activities and for having an effective contribution to NN’s strategy with respect to the integrity of the business, customer centricity and healthy profitability.

Position: Legal Advisor – full time position, maternity cover period (2 years contract)

Responsibilities:

• Provides legal support for company’s projects and initiatives
• Provides advice and develops legal opinions for various transactions performed by corporate and individual customers
• Drafts and reviews contracts engaging the company in commercial transactions
• Monitors legislative developments, informs business and provides support for implementation
• Provides legal support to exercise corporate governance
• Ensures legal support for the relationships with authorities and business associations

Requirements:

• Law University degree
• Minimum 5 years working experience; previous experience in insurance & private pension industry is a plus
• Good command of English
