Your role

As a Learning Program Manager (PM), you'll take the lead in creating and driving impactful learning solutions that not only meet business needs but also set the standard for excellence. You'll collaborate closely with Global HR Business Partners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to turn organizational goals into clear, effective learning strategies—defining objectives, scope, and success metrics along the way. Using the 70:20:10 learning approach, you'll design high-quality programs that make a real difference and oversee their successful implementation, including facilitating large-scale sessions when needed.

You’ll manage a global network of suppliers, ensuring cost-effective, top-tier solutions, while keeping the Academy curriculum fresh and aligned with the latest trends. Working alongside Learning Consultants, local People Services, and International Back Office, you’ll ensure seamless project execution, and take ownership of budget allocation to maximize impact and efficiency. This role puts you at the heart of shaping a learning culture that truly drives organizational growth and innovation—making a lasting impact on people and business alike.

Your responsibilities

  • Learning Program Management: Design, manage, and continuously improve learning programs within the domain, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from needs assessment and solution design to development, implementation, and evaluation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Instructional Design & Solution Development: Create and implement effective learning solutions using the 70:20:10 approach, integrating the latest market trends and innovations. Collaborate with content developers and external suppliers.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management: Engage and collaborate with Global HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure business alignment. Support change management activities and communication plans.
  • Execution of Technical & Functional Training: Oversee and facilitate large-scale training sessions as part of global learning rollouts, ensuring high-quality execution and impact.
  • Curriculum Management: Maintain and update the Academy curriculum, ensuring consistency with global standards and evolving business needs.
  • Supplier & Budget Management: Build and manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality learning solutions. Oversee budget allocation and expenditure. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
  • Assessment & Data-Driven Improvement: Implement evaluation strategies to measure learning effectiveness, collect feedback, and analyze key metrics. Use data insights to refine and enhance learning initiatives.

What do we ask from you?​

  • Master's degree in Learning and Development, Educational Science, I&O Psychology, or Human Resource Management/Development with a working understanding of learning technologies.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in organizational learning and development in a complex, technical multinational context.
  • Entrepreneurial systems thinker with experience in LMS/LXP ecosystems. Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in English is essential.
  • Assertive, proactive, tenacious, with high cultural intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 20-30%

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 5.000 to € 6250 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
