  • Generative AI Adoption: Utilize Generative AI tools to create and/or enhance curriculum and content development. Explore innovative ways to incorporate AI-driven elements into instructional design processes.
  • Product Portfolio Management. Manage and curate SIMA's product catalog such that the product portfolio serves the needs of the market.
  • Partner Management. Work with SIMA CEO to manage and curate a list of domain partners to help us obtain industry expertise.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, program development, or related roles in the Continuous Education and Training sector, with a focus on adult learners.
  • Strong understanding of the adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and emerging trends in Continuous Education and Training.
  • Familiarity with funding regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes in the continuous education and training sector is desirable.
  • Certification in ACTA/ACLP is required.
  • Certification in DACE/DDDLP preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, analytical prowess, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving performance, innovation, and continuous improvement in product portfolio management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.
