Job Description
Purpose of function is design, implementation and documentation of continuous improvement activities in production unit and cooperation with all departments including production process improvement.
Your role is to develop and analyze processes and conceptions focused on continuous improvement and IPS. You will provide support to organization in implementing projects and lean way of working.
You will lead the teams through the change by trainings about methods and tools , workshop facilitating and providing the continuous support.
You will actively cooperate with managing director and other managers on elaboration of concepts of plant development.
You will report to Production Manager of one of our production unit.
Qualifications
- university education (technical area)
- proven experience with lean tools implementation
- industrial experience at least for 3 years
- communication and presentation skills in English (B2)
Additional Information
Wage (gross)
2.200 EUR/month, final offer depends on proven experience of successful candidate
