PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a joint-venture insurance company and a part of FWD Group, previously known as PT Commonwealth Life, has successfully merged with PT FWD Life Indonesia (“FWD Life”) as of 1 December 2020 and will be known as FWD Insurance.

The merger of FWD Life and FWD Insurance has led to a more comprehensive range of products, including unit-linked insurance, individual & group term life insurance, individual & group personal accident insurance, and group medical insurance through technology driven-distributions such as agency, bancassurance, e-commerce, and corporate.

FWD Insurance is registered and supervised under Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”).

FWD Insurance is a member of Indonesia Financial Services Alternative Dispute Resolution Center.

To support FWD Insurance Indonesia distribution channel grow. Manage and coordinate the leads that acquired from online or offline leads channel then distribute to business channel. Supporting DTC (Direct to Consumer) and O2O (offline to Online) to grow the business volume and help to optimize lower funnel (sales and conversion). Not limited to other distribution channel (Agency and Banca).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (by priority)

Develop and implement leads hub strategy consist of leads nurturing, cross-sell up-sell and persistency to grow company business. Support digital commerce channel (DTC &O2O) to increase customer base and APE in annual basis, not limited to other distribution channel. Optimize management information system platform to maximize teleservice operation system and productivity for leads management.

WEBSITE LEADS MANAGEMENT

Manage leads that coming from website drop off and purchase failure, not limited from other sources within FWD online ecosystem to nurture and produce conversion.

CROSS-SELL AND UP-SELL

Engage with existing customer to increase production of digital commerce product not limited other business channel (online to offline cross-sell).

PERSISTENCY

Support Digital Commerce team to develop preventive action plan to improve persistency and decrease customer policy lapse.

REPORTING & EVALUATION

Monitor and evaluate productivity performance from leads, cross-sell and persistency.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Coordinates management information systems and other data management programs to support the business growth and goals

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Monitors indirect subordinates’ performance, leads and coaches to build capabilities and provide motivational support.
