We serve a global customer base including Fortune 500 companies, government organizations, and NGOs, reaching more than 100 million Salesforce users worldwide. At Odaseva, our values — Trust, Service, Commitment, Excellence, Kaizen, and One Team — define the environment we foster for our employees to thrive and succeed. Due to significant growth and to address the needs of our leadership team, we are seeking a Leadership Support Specialist.

Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for juggling multiple tasks across different time zones, and love supporting top executives to help them stay at their best? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

We’re looking for a Leadership Support Specialist to be the ultimate backbone for our leadership team. This role is not for the faint of heart—you’ll be helping our executives across three different time zones and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your superpowers will include impeccable attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to seamlessly work across time zones like a seasoned professional.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate across time zones: You’ll support the executive team with scheduling and communication, ensuring meetings happen and nothing slips through the cracks—whether it’s in Paris, Perth, or beyond!
  • Manage executive calendars: Keep our busy execs’ calendars in tip-top shape, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are well-organized and conflict-free.
  • Tackle administrative tasks: Support the executive team with travel arrangements, expense reports, document preparation, and anything else they need to stay focused and productive.
  • Prepare and organize: From meeting preparation to compiling reports and tracking deadlines, you’ll make sure the executive team is always a step ahead.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: From offsite meetings to large corporate events, you’ll be the mastermind behind the logistics. You’ll manage event timelines, handle venue bookings, coordinate vendors, and ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
  • Prepare for board and all-hands meetings: Help with the preparation and organization of key company meetings, including board meetings, all-hands, and leadership retreats. You’ll ensure materials are prepped, agendas are set, and everything is ready for smooth, effective meetings.

You will bring:

  • Experience: 10+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment (bonus if you’ve done this for a startup!).
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: You have a sixth sense when it comes to keeping things in order, whether it’s tracking tasks, managing calendars, or keeping communication seamless.
  • Flexibility with Time Zones: You’re comfortable working across global hours, understanding that sometimes a little flexibility goes a long way.
  • Excellent communicator: You can easily switch between formal and informal communication styles and know how to keep things clear and concise.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with productivity tools like Slack, Google Suite, or similar. You know your way around spreadsheets and calendar management tools like a pro.
  • Proactive problem solver: You see potential problems before they happen and find solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: You’ll be privy to sensitive information, so discretion is key.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Global impact: You’ll be directly supporting the global executive team in a fast-growing company, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Office flexibility: This role is based in San Francisco, with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week—perfect for balancing the best of in-person collaboration and remote work.
  • Dynamic and fast-paced environment: Every day is different. From planning high-level meetings to jumping in and saving the day with last-minute changes, you’ll always be engaged and challenged.
  • Great team: Work alongside an ambitious, driven, and collaborative team.

What We Do

At enterprise scale, Salesforce data is different. Data volumes are large. Data models are more sophisticated. Integrations, regulations, and business processes are much more intricate. All this complexity dramatically increases the risks to your data threatening to grind business to a halt. Odaseva is the only data platform built specifically to help the world's largest, most ambitious Salesforce customers keep their data protected, compliant, and agile.

With Odaseva, Salesforce architects and platform owners get a powerful set of tools to help solve the problems at the foundation of the Salesforce data value chain. Keep customer data intact and available with comprehensive backup and archiving, apply analytics to prevent disruptions before they happen, use automation to take control of the entire data lifecycle and solve privacy and compliance issues at the root, and easily move data between production and non-production environments, to sandboxes, and to systems outside Salesforce.
