ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Design and deliver a wide range of leadership development programs aimed at various levels of the organization, focusing on enhancing critical leadership competencies and managerial skills.
- Utilize advanced facilitation techniques to engage participants, ensuring interactive learning experiences that are both effective and memorable.
- Organize and lead training sessions that not only foster essential skills but also promote the organization's culture and ethical standards.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet varied audience needs and learning styles.
- Work closely with HR business partners, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop training strategies that align with the organization's long-term objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that the training programs support ongoing and future business challenges.
- Implement robust evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and impact on performance, leveraging feedback to continuously improve training quality and relevance.
- Analyze training data to assess program success and participant engagement, adjusting strategies and methods accordingly.
- Select and customize training tools and methodologies that best fit the organizational context and learning objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in training technology and methodologies to ensure innovative and effective delivery.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence participants across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to initiate and manage change effectively within the organization.
- Ability to analyze training needs and outcomes, and capable of developing solutions to complex challenges in talent development.
- Highly adaptable and flexible to the dynamic needs of the organization, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilitating training programs, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective training strategies, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership and high potential development programs
- Certified in one or more vendor provided leadership development programs
- Experience with or certified to facilitate leadership development assessments such as DiSC, MBTI, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent project management capabilities.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, AND LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Certifications in training development and delivery, such as ATD Master Trainer or CIPD qualifications, are desirable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional travel to various locations requires the ability to transport training materials and equipment as needed. Must be capable of setting up training rooms, which includes moving light furniture and standing for extended periods.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The role is split between a traditional office environment, virtual and on-site training locations. This position may require travel, which involves exposure to different types of work environments, from corporate offices to industrial settings.
