Nexus is building a world supercomputer by leveraging the latest advancements in cryptography, engineering, and science. Our team of experts is developing and deploying the Nexus Layer 1, the Nexus Network, and Nexus zkVM in support of our mission to enable the Verifiable Internet.
Nexus raised $25M in Series A funding, co-led by Lightspeed and Pantera, with participation from Dragonfly, SV Angel and more.
We are headquartered in San Francisco, and this role will be in-person with the rest of the Nexus team.
Lead Technical Product Manager
As a Product Lead at Nexus, you will be responsible for driving the development of key initiatives within our ecosystem. You’ll work hands-on with engineers, cryptographers, and users to ensure our products solve critical challenges and drive adoption.
Responsibilities

Product Development: Own end-to-end product execution, from idea validation to launch.

User Research: Engage with developers, enterprises, and consumers to identify pain points and shape product features.

Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to define requirements and ensure smooth execution.

Market & Ecosystem Engagement: Work closely with ecosystem partners to drive adoption and integration.

Iteration & Impact Measurement: Define KPIs and continuously refine products based on user feedback and data.
Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in product management, ideally in consumer and/or developer-facing products.

Product Experience: Experience with 0→1 product development, including defining and executing product strategy for new initiatives.

Technical Acumen: Strong ability to work with engineering teams on highly technical products.

Execution & Impact: Track record of launching impactful products in fast-moving environments.

Collaboration: Ability to work across engineering, marketing, and ecosystem teams to drive success.

Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (strong preference for CS degrees).

Experience in zero-knowledge cryptography, blockchain, or verifiable computation.

Background in engineering, mathematics, or cryptographic research.

Strong network within the cryptography, blockchain, or developer ecosystem.

Open-source contributions or experience with developer tooling.
