Job Description
As a Product Protection and Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team product engineer you will be directly evolving and maintaining our CRM systems and user experiences. You will work closely with various departments to continuously ensure our CRM solutions meet business needs and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, scope, design, prioritize, and implement CRM solutions supporting organizational strategic goals.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, assist in defining user stories, identify and resolve gaps in functional user stories and business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using configuration and customization, assessing the impact of new requirements on CRM as well as integrated applications.
- Perform independent code reviews and ensure unit/integration test coverage.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve CRM processes and systems.
Required Skills
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integration tools and techniques.
- Experience with CRM customization and configuration.
- Solid understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
- Strong understanding of development operations principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Experience with establishing and supporting integrations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and components.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model and role-based access control.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Java, or similar.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred)
- Preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications:
- Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
- Power Platform App Maker
- Power Platform Solution Architect
Experience
• 4+ years of experience scoping, designing, and implementing CRM solutions in Microsoft Dynamics
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Shift Timing
- 13:00 - 21:30 PM, Monday - Friday
- Need to be available on weekends and after shift hours when deployment or production issues arise.
