THE JOB:

The Lead SHOW Starters Program extends current UNLV hospitality students the opportunity to gain exposure to the hospitality industry through MGM Resorts International. This program runs for a full school year to allow participants to get hands-on experience in the featured host department. The Show Starters Program sets the stage for other part-time or full-time employment opportunities. As Lead SHOW Starter, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling and providing instructions to program participants as they arrive for their shifts.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be a current UNLV School of Hospitality student
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must have 1+ year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Eager to jumpstart their career in hospitality
