Job Description:
What You'll Do
Supports delivery and execution of RPA and process automation initiatives. Manages and represents multiple and occasionally complex business activities, spanning cross-functionally in terms of expertise and contributions. Ensure the design an operating effectiveness of the control environment over the areas of responsibility. Use the RPA and Intelligent Automation software to automate processes and code Bots based on requirements. Demonstrates critical thinking and perspective in problem resolution and business process management. Evaluate facts and circumstances to derive conclusions and influence decision making through effective communication. Engage and leverage relationships to achieve end-to-end results. Demonstrate accountability and leadership in the advancement of priorities.
How You'll Do It

  • Collaborates with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
  • Configures the workflow based on the detailed business requirements utilizing the RPA software
  • Ensures process changes are appropriate, accurate, effective and documented
  • Ensures defects are accurately documented, escalated and resolved in a timely manner
  • Assists with the deployment of the automated process into production, as needed
  • Facilitates meetings with business SMEs and business technology as needed
  • Conducts deep dive workshops with process owners to understand and accurately document business process requirements


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related.
  • 4+ years RPA Development, Blue Prism, Computer Science, Operations, Initiative/Program Management, Process Management, Financial Systems, or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
