Key Responsibilities:
- Manage resource allocation across multiple projects to ensure optimal team utilization.
- Work closely with project managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Track employee workload and availability to avoid over- or under-utilization.
- Support workforce planning by identifying skill gaps and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of team assignments and update internal systems.
- Provide insights on resource management strategies to improve efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project staffing.
✔ Strong analytical and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
✔ Proficiency in workforce planning tools and Excel.
✔ Experience in IT services, consulting, or similar industries is a plus.
