In this role, you will champion the 'Shift Left' philosophy, implementing practices and strategies that enhance quality and efficiency from the early stages of the software development lifecycle.
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for driving best practices in quality assurance, continuous integration, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding the team in adopting testing strategies that identify and resolve issues early. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence while mentoring other engineers to elevate their skills.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role in software development.
- Strong expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Experience with languages and frameworks such as .net, Java.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for mentoring others.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in cloud technologies would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineers to implement Shift Left testing strategies that enhance software quality.
- Design and implement automated testing solutions to enable swift feedback loops.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Analyze and improve existing processes related to testing and quality assurance.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices in testing and quality.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress and influence project outcomes.
- Encouraging a focus on quality, performance, and security as part of the software delivery process.
