Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation, primarily focused on supporting our Servicing Product Family within the Deposits Business. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs. Works collaboratively with Initiative Owners to document and plan deliverables related to business requirements for Change Initiatives, including risk management and go-to market activities. Collaborates with Product Owners to align those deliverables with the larger initiative deliverables.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It

  • Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams. Manage all aspects of each projects. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
  • Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
  • Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.
  • Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or related.
  • 4+ years' Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
  • In lieu of Education 6+ years' Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
