Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for managing projects to understand and enhance the communications to customers. Provides recommendations to management on enhancing the customer experience. Leads the creative execution of work streams and provides recommendations on optimizing channels. Documents customer experiences across channels and identifies opportunities. Follows brand and design standards for all communications. Maintains strong business controls and ensures satisfactory audit findings.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

  • Manages campaign execution from design, documentation, delivery, and the presentation of results to management. Develops test designs, creative, and branding strategies.


  • Develops campaign matrices and oversees campaigns.


  • Partners with creative services and outside agencies on messaging and creative design for programs.


  • Partners with internal analytics teams to gather reporting and insights on campaign data. Formulates actionable recommendations.


  • Provides assistance in execution of initiatives. Manages budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, campaign setups, delivery of creative, and legal approvals. Maintains controls and compliance oversight.




Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related


  • 4+ years' Marketing, Creative Development, Marketing Strategy, or related.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
